I'm new to Brazilian waxing — what should I expect at my first visit?
We hear this every day, so you’re in good company. Your esthetician will walk you through every step before she begins, you’ll be in a private room with the door closed the entire time, and the actual waxing takes about 15-20 minutes. We use professional hard wax, which is gentler than the strip wax most chains use. Mention it’s your first visit when you book and you’ll receive 25% off.

How long should I let my hair grow before my appointment?
For best results, hair should be about 1/4 inch long — roughly the length of a grain of rice. That’s typically 2-3 weeks of regrowth if you shave, or whenever your last wax has grown back enough. If you’re unsure, come in anyway; we can assess and reschedule if needed.
Are your rooms private? I'm a little nervous about my first visit.
Yes — every service happens in a private treatment room with the door closed. We have 7 rooms across 2 floors. There’s no shared space, no cubicle setup, and no chance of being overheard. You’ll only be with your esthetician. Nervousness is completely normal and our team is trained to make first-time clients comfortable from the moment they walk in.
Do you also do facials, or just waxing?
Both. In addition to body waxing, we offer HydraFacials, Circadia professional facials (including specialty treatments like Oncology Facial and Menopause Facial), dermaplaning, lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow tinting. Many Bedford clients book a wax and a facial together to make the most of the trip.
What's your cancellation policy if I need to reschedule?
