Once You’re Healed

Sun exposure overtime can cause fading or discoloration of the pigment. Once you’re completely healed, it’s recommended to use SPF (50+) on the treated area. Wear large sunglasses and/or a sunhat to stay protected. If you’re in contact with chlorine, it’s recommended to rinse and dry the area thoroughly.
Glycolic acid, microdermabrasion, and chemical face peel products cannot be used near the treated area, as it could significantly lighten the pigment.
Once the treated area is completely healed, any changes or additions that need to be made can be done at your follow-up appointment – no sooner than 6 weeks later.
