Cancellation Policy
Our business is appointment-based and only truly works when appointments are kept.
- When you schedule an appointment, we ensure that we are here for you, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
- We consider your appointment confirmed the day it is made and your Esthetician’s time is reserved for you.
- If you find it necessary to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so your Esthetician can fill that time slot.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as followed:
- 50% of the service fee, if less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- 100% of the service fee, if less than 2 hours prior or you are a no-show.
After a 2nd no-show, you’ll have to pay for your full service before your next appointment. In the unfortunate event of a 3rd no-show, we will no longer be able to serve you.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check-in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late robs you of precious treatment minutes and we can not guarantee completion of the full service for late clients. It is a courtesy to your esthetician and to our other clients that you arrive promptly. You will be responsible for paying the full-service fee for your scheduled appointment.
Client Confirmation
The Wax Specialists contact clients via email or text message for appointment confirmations approximately 48 hours prior to the appointment. These confirmations are a courtesy that The Wax Specialists extend to you, and we are not responsible for any missed confirmations. If you are unsure of your appointment day or time, please call us directly for assistance.
Returns
All products and services are nonrefundable.
